Would you believe this '07 Shelby GT500 is making 605 HP? When we met with Cathy to do the photo shoot of this car, we heard the Borla exhaust coming long before we saw the car. And, I must say, this GT500 has that characteristically mean growl of a hopped up Ford small-block V8 - and then some. The Borla Stinger catback exhaust and Borla stainless long tube headers we installed have that motor sounding like it should.

AMP Performance had the pleasure of making this car even a bit more awesome by doing the following: we replaced the factory supercharger with the Ford Motorsport version which now makes 605HP. We completely re-did the suspension with BMR front tubular k-member and a-arm kit, Steeda rear control arms, Steeda 3-point frame rail and torque box brace, and BMR carbon fiber drive shaft. We installed Borla stainless long tubes, stainless x-pipe w/high flow cats, and a Borla Stinger cat back system. To finish things off, we installed a Roush upper strut tower bar over the supercharger and also installed some Redline Tuning stainless hood struts.
