AMP Policy/Terms

AMP Terms and Conditions

Easy ordering Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm or by fax 24 hours a day 7 days a week at 602-437-2477. Prices are subject to change without any notice. AMP/All Mustang reserves the right to stop any and all specials, at any given time without notice or explanation. Advertised prices are guaranteed on in stock items only.

Payment

Orders may be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, money order, wire transfer or cash on delivery ($5.00 additional per package). All checks mailed to AMP/All Mustang will be held for twenty-one days after depositing for bank clearance. All credit card orders will be shipped to billing address of credit card only. No exceptions!

Shipping and Handling

All packages shipped from AMP/All Mustang, will incur nonrefundable shipping and handling charges. All orders shipped to a Arizona address will incur sales tax. All COD orders are limited to $500.00 per each occurrence. Shipping for returned COD packages will be paid by the customer, before any other shipments will be sent to them. AMP/All Mustang, ships UPS packages ground. Next day (red label) second day (blue label) and 3 day (orange label) are also available at an additional charge. Saturday deliveries of next day air packages are also available at an extra cost of $10.00 per package.

Truck Shipments

All items to large for UPS will have to be shipped truck freight. All truck freight items will have to be prepaid in full by cash, cashiers check, money order, or wire transfer, before packages can be shipped truck freight. All returned truck freight-shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. AMP/All Mustang, has very competitive truck freight shipping prices; to take full advantage of these prices we strongly advise the customer to get a quote and prepay the shipping. If a customer wants truck freight shipment sent freight collect, AMP/All Mustang, cannot and will not guarantee rates! Due to the high cost of wood and shipping materials, all truck freight shipments will incur a crating fee.

Warranty

Competition and/or performance parts are sold as is with no warranty or guarantee whatsoever and are for off-road use only! Buyer assumes all risk. Absolutely no refunds, exchanges or credits. All sales are final. Engines are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked block, cracked heads, bad crankshaft, broken rings or pistons, and excessive smoking only within 10 days of purchase (not installation date). Engine accessories are not guaranteed. New seals and gaskets should be installed and inspected to avoid unnecessary labor. There is no guarantee for labor to install or remove, which includes oil, filters, antifreeze, freon, gaskets, or any other assembly parts and goods. Engines that are taken apart or modified by customer will have no warranty, return or credit. Transmissions are guaranteed to shift properly, gears to be good and bearings to be good at time of purchase. There is no guarantee for labor to install or remove, which includes fluids or any other assembly parts. AMP/All Mustang is not responsible for improper installation or usage/abuse after time of purchase on any part. This is at AMP/All Mustangs discretion. Rear ends are guaranteed to be good working condition, and bearings to not be noisy at time of purchase. All used body sections that have to be cut must be prepaid with cash, cashiers check, or money order. No returns for any reason, all sales are final. All body parts and sections are sold as is. Body parts and sections carry no refunds exchanges or credits.

Electrical parts of any kind are sold as is with no warranty or guarantee; and therefore, cannot be returned, credited, or exchanged. Special order parts or parts ordered form outside sources must be paid in full by cash, cashiers check or money order. These parts are sold as is with no warranty or guarantee and therefore cannot be returned, credited or exchanged. Air bags, air bag modules and air bag sensors are sold as is! AMP/All Mustang gives no warranty or guarantee. Air bags, air bag modules and air bag sensors are salvage and should be treated as such. Air bags should not be color dyed for any reason. Should any part prove to be defective following its purchase, the buyer, and not AMP/All Mustang, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

Cores

Most parts are sold on exchange basis. Exchange parts must be turned in at time of purchase or a core charge will be charged. Core charges will have Arizona sales tax applied to it. The core charges will be refunded if the buyer returns it within 14 days of the date of the sales contract copy of the invoice. Core refunds to the buyer will be made by check unless the buyer originally paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex. Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex purchases will be refunded by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex credit slip. When buyer originally paid by check, refunds on core charges will be paid 21 days from the date customer's check was deposited.

Returns

All returns will incur a 25% labor and handling fee. Returns must be accompanied by original invoice within 14 days from the date of purchase. No returns after 14 days from purchase date. Returned parts must not be altered, disassembled, or abused. No refunds if a replacement part is in stock. No refunds on sales tax or shipping and handling charges. There will be no refunds, exchanges or credits on electrical parts, body sections, air bags, air bag sensors, air bag modules, special order parts, or labor. No exceptions for any reason.

Damages

AMP/All Mustang goes to great lengths to ensure your parts get to you in good condition. Please inspect all packages while the driver is present and get him/her to note any and all damages to packages. If there are damages to any package(s), please contact the carrier, not AMP/All Mustang; the carrier will inform you what to do. Do not send packages back to AMP/All Mustang if the carrier's procedure is not followed, the carrier may or may not honor any damage settlements. By ordering parts or services from AMP/All Mustang online all customers acknowledge the risk of interception of transfers from 3rd party's and do so at their own risk. All customers ordering parts online accept all of the above information and conditions set fourth by AMP/All Mustang.

AMP/All Mustang makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed, or implied, oral or written to purchaser. Any and all equipment, parts, and services, selected by customers are sold as is and with all faults. Customers understand and agree, that no officer, director, employee, or salesman of AMP/All Mustang has the authority to make any statement contrary to the terms of the above agreement.
